Welcome to StyleMe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StyleMe mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
StyleMe provides AI-powered features that allow users to transform photos into videos, enhance images, apply visual effects, and generate creative content.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Upload content that infringes the rights of others
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App or its systems
Users may upload images, photos, or other content to use App features (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you confirm that:
You own the content or have the legal right to use it
You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in the content
The content does not violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant StyleMe a limited, non-exclusive, and temporary license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing requested features. This license automatically expires once processing is completed and the content is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The App uses internally developed AI systems to generate outputs based on user input.
AI-generated results are provided “as is”
Outputs may vary in quality or accuracy
We do not guarantee specific results
You are responsible for how you use generated content, including compliance with applicable laws and platform rules where content is shared.
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
Is illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading
Violates privacy or impersonates individuals
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
Contains explicit, exploitative, or offensive material
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.
StyleMe may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases
Subscription management and cancellations are handled via Apple ID settings
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple policies
We do not control Apple’s billing processes.
Users may:
Delete content within the App
Request account deletion via in-app settings
Request deletion by contacting fengwei0620@outlook.com
Upon account deletion, associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not use third-party AI services. All AI processing occurs on infrastructure we own and operate. Data handling, retention, and deletion practices are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
All App content, software, AI models, designs, and features (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to StyleMe.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Accuracy of AI-generated results
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StyleMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect upon posting with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
