StyleMe (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, how it is processed, and the choices available to you when using the App.
When using StyleMe’s features, users may choose to upload:
Photos
Images used for photo-to-video generation
Images used for visual enhancement, beauty editing, or style effects
Uploaded content may include images of human faces.
If uploaded content contains a face, the App may process visual facial feature information solely to perform the requested function.
Face data is used only to enable core features and is not used for any other purpose.
We do not:
Perform facial recognition
Identify or verify real-world individuals
Create biometric identifiers or templates
Generate persistent facial embeddings
Use face data for tracking, profiling, or surveillance
Use face data for AI model training
To ensure functionality and improve stability, the App may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
Device type and operating system
App version
IP address
Device identifiers
Usage event data
Crash and diagnostic reports
Advertising Identifier (IDFA), where permitted
This information does not include user-uploaded images or generated content.
StyleMe may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.
All payments are processed by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store payment card details.
We may receive limited non-financial information such as subscription status or transaction confirmation to enable paid features.
StyleMe provides AI-powered features such as photo-to-video generation, image enhancement, and style transformations.
All AI models are internally developed
No third-party AI services are used
User content is not transmitted to external AI providers
AI processing:
Occurs only after explicit user action
Is fully automated
Does not involve human review
Does not use uploaded content for training
User-uploaded content is retained only for as long as necessary to provide requested features.
Uploaded images and generated results are retained for no more than 7 days
Users may delete content manually at any time within the App
No permanent storage of user-generated media
No persistent facial data or biometric records are retained
Collected information is used only to:
Provide and operate App features
Enable AI-generated results
Maintain accounts and subscriptions
Improve performance and stability
Detect misuse and ensure security
Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use user data for behavioral profiling or independent advertising purposes.
To support app operations, StyleMe uses limited third-party service providers:
Firebase – analytics and crash reporting
Singular – attribution and performance analytics
CDN services – content delivery and performance optimization
These providers may process limited technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, and usage metrics.
User-uploaded images, videos, and face data are not shared with analytics, attribution, or advertising partners.
Where applicable, the App follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
Permission is requested before accessing IDFA
IDFA is not accessed without user authorization
Users can change tracking preferences at any time in device settings
Users may:
Delete uploaded content directly within the App
Request account deletion via in-app settings

Requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
